Here is a partial list of such procedures: 1) Extraction due to pain or infection, 2) Swelling or pain, 3) Treatment in preparation for a medically necessary surgery or procedure, 4) Trauma to the mouth or facial bones, and 5) Uncontrolled Bleeding.
